If you're unhappy with any part of our service, please email complaints@fundingmatch.ai with your name, contact details and a description of the issue. You can also write to us at the postal address below.

What happens next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, normally within 3 business days.
  • We will investigate and aim to provide a final response as quickly as possible.
  • We will keep you updated throughout.
